Metal, EPDM, PVC, silicone coatings, and other low-slope systems — installed, inspected, repaired, restored, maintained, and replaced for commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties across multiple regions.
Commercial Roofing Systems We Work With
Every commercial building is different. Our team works with metal, EPDM, PVC, silicone coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems to provide the right solution for the condition, design, and needs of your property.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
Concealed-fastener metal systems for long-term commercial protection.
Exposed-Fastener Metal Roofing
Practical screw-down panel systems, installed and repaired correctly.
EPDM Rubber Roofing
Durable single-ply rubber membranes for flat and low-slope buildings.
PVC Roofing
Heat-welded single-ply membrane for demanding commercial environments.
Silicone Roof Coatings
Protective coating systems applied over qualifying existing roofs.
Spray-Applied Restoration
Restoration systems that extend service life without full replacement.
Flat and Low-Slope Systems
Drainage, seams, flashing, and detail work handled properly.
Repair and Replacement
Targeted repairs, partial replacement, or complete roof replacement.
Inspections
Commercial Roof Inspections
Many commercial property owners are told they need a full replacement when a professional inspection would show otherwise. We document what we find, explain your options, and recommend a practical next step — including telling you when replacement genuinely is the right decision.
An inspection helps determine whether your roof needs preventive maintenance, leak repair, seam or flashing repair, a roof coating, restoration, partial replacement, complete replacement, or a scheduled maintenance plan.

Repairs and Leak Detection
Water rarely enters a building where the problem actually is. We trace leaks to their source and repair the cause rather than covering the symptom.
- Leak detection and source tracing
- Seam and lap repairs
- Flashing and penetration repairs
- Membrane punctures and patching
- Fastener and panel repairs on metal roofs
- Drainage, drain, and gutter corrections
- Storm and wind damage repairs
- Documented photos of the repaired areas
EPDM Commercial Roofing
EPDM is a durable rubber roofing membrane commonly used on flat and low-slope commercial buildings. It is a proven system when it is installed and maintained properly.
- EPDM installation
- Leak detection
- Seam repairs
- Flashing repairs
- Patching damaged areas
- Preventive maintenance
- Roof replacement
PVC Commercial Roofing
PVC is a single-ply commercial roofing membrane known for durable heat-welded seams and resistance to moisture, chemicals, grease, and certain demanding commercial environments.
Depending on the building's needs, PVC may be especially useful for restaurants, industrial facilities, warehouses, and similar properties. We do not apply a single answer to every building — we recommend a roofing system based on your specific property, its condition, and how it is used.
Metal Commercial Roofing
Standing seam and exposed-fastener metal systems remain our specialty. For commercial buildings we install new metal roofing, repair existing panels, seams, flashing, and fasteners, and advise when a metal system is the better long-term investment for the structure.
- Standing seam commercial installation
- Exposed-fastener and R-panel systems
- Panel, seam, and fastener repairs
- Flashing, curb, and penetration detailing
- Roof-over and retrofit evaluations
- Coating options for aging metal roofs
Restoration & Coatings
Your Commercial Roof May Not Need to Be Replaced
Depending on its condition, an existing roof may qualify for a silicone coating or a spray-applied restoration system instead of a full tear-off.
- Seal minor leaks
- Protect vulnerable roof surfaces
- Improve resistance to standing water
- Reduce deterioration from sunlight and weather
- Extend the roof's usable service life
- Delay the cost and disruption of complete replacement
A roof must first be professionally inspected, and not every roof will qualify for restoration. We do not automatically recommend a complete replacement. We inspect the existing roof, identify the source of the problem, and recommend the most practical solution for the building.
Request a Commercial Roof InspectionPreventive Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are available for metal, EPDM, PVC, coated, flat, and low-slope commercial roofs. A plan puts your roof on a schedule so problems are found while they are still inexpensive to fix.
A commercial roof should not be ignored until water enters the building. Routine inspections and preventive maintenance can identify small problems before they damage insulation, inventory, equipment, ceilings, or the structure itself.
- Scheduled roof inspections
- Leak detection
- Seam inspections
- Flashing inspections
- Drain and gutter checks
- Identification of punctures or membrane damage
- Fastener inspections
- Minor repairs completed on site
- Roof condition photographs
- Written documentation
- Recommendations for future repairs, coating, restoration, or replacement
- Budget planning support for property managers
Repair, Restore, or Replace?
Repair
For isolated leaks, damaged flashing, punctures, seams, or other limited problem areas.
Restore
For qualifying roofs that can benefit from repairs and a protective coating system.
Replace
For roofs with widespread deterioration, structural concerns, saturated insulation, or damage that cannot be effectively restored.
We inspect the roof before recommending an option. The goal is the most practical solution for your building — not automatically the most expensive one.
